TRAIN AS A TEAM

We believe that training in a group environment helps bring out the best in you! That’s why we train as a team each and every session. All of our members have access to both weekly group PT sessions and fitness classes supported in small coach led sessions.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING

Receive the personal attention of 1-2-1 coaching in a shared team environment. Training as part of a small group is a dynamic and fun experience that also allows high quality, personalised coaching. Our coaches are highly experienced, and our sessions are structured to ensure you always receive the personal attention you need.

CONDITIONING CLASSES

The focus of each session is based on building aerobic & anaerobic fitness to increase our members overall work capacity. Each session is 30-45 mins of hard work with a strategic approach to intensity & movement.
